Experienced Call Center Agent responsible for assisting customers with technical concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing step-by-step solutions. Ensures customer concerns are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical support calls.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Guide customers through solutions and procedures.
- Document technical concerns and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Basic technical and computer skills.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
