Description
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in the CRM system
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues and improve service quality
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, excellent communication skills in English
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
