As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the vital link between external developers and our platform. You will manage developer engagements, guide our customers’ developers with best practices and connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain our developer community and documentation. Your role is critical in driving platform adoption, enhancing developer/customer satisfaction, and solidifying our leadership in the API/WMS domain.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage external developer engagements and resolve complex technical connectivity issues.
• Become a subject matter expert on our API platform and train others on best practices.
• Assist developers with best practices and connectivity, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing timely and effective solutions to developer challenges.
• Help maintain our developer community and documentation, ensuring resources are up-to-date and accessible.
