Job Summary

The Technology Program Manager owns planning and monitoring for major Tech-Enabled and AI initiatives, maintains a consolidated view of CIO commitments, and ensures clear and consistent reporting into the Enterprise PMO. The role operates at an enterprise program level, working across product, engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations to de-risk delivery and keep senior leadership informed. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs (ERP, platforms, RPA, infrastructure)
• Provide executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, and risk visibility to C-level stakeholders
• Drive governance, manage risks, and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and operations to resolve dependencies
• Support change management and ensure alignment across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree + PMP certification (required)
• 15+ years experience in program/portfolio management or digital transformation
• Strong experience in enterprise systems and cross-functional delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in Agile and PMO environments
