Key Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and interview coordination)
• Manages onboarding requirements, employee records, and ID processing
• Handles promodiser coordination, deployment, and monitoring
• Tracks and processes employee regularization and contracts
• Maintains accurate HR documentation and 201 files
• Prepares recruitment and HR reports and ensures compliance with policies
• Coordinates with internal teams and applicants for smooth hiring operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Proficient in MS Office
