Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in headhunting, a strong network across various industries, and the skills to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring for senior-level and specialized positions.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to help identify qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with client companies to understand their hiring needs and cultural fit.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and career aspirations.
• Utilize innovative sourcing methods and tools to attract top talent.
• Manage and nurture relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional service and experience.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably in the headhunting industry.
• Demonstrated ability to fill senior-level positions and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in utilizing recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
