Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's manpower needs. This role will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.


SOURCING AND RECRUITING:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates;
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  3. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.


CANDIDATE SCREENING

  1. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  2. Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.


INTERVIEWING

  1. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experiences and cultural fit.
  2. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  3. Facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.


ONBOARDING

  1. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  2. Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate the onboarding/necessary training.


REPORTING

  1. Track and report key metrics related to the recruitment process.
  2. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.


EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.


SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
