Description
- Foster innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
- Develop software solutions by guiding development process to planning, construction, and deployment.
- Conduct performance management and mentor software developers.
- Work with cross-functional teams for product development.
- Ensure high-quality software that aligns with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Promote teamwork and lead as an example, consistent with Linaheim Corporate Services Inc's culture.
- Manage timelines and deliverable schedules.
- Gauge and implement industry innovations and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in software development or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in programming languages, excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee software development projects, manage a team of developers, ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must be proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
