Description
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Manage all accounting transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee payroll operations and compliance with financial policies.
- Assist with tax preparation, audits, and identifying financial risks/opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to align budgets and forecasts with ongoing construction efforts at Community Developers and Construction Corporation.
- Enhance systems for improved financial decision-making within the construction and engineering sector.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with financial regulations. CPA
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, standard work hours with occasional overtime during financial reporting periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Analytical mind, integrity, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
