Description

  • Encoding of accounting data and bank reconciliation.
  • Check actual bank deposits, bank POS settlement, invoice, receipts and other related documents.
  • Count and verify stocks for soon-to-open stores and warehouse inventory.
  • Monitor sales invoices, official receipts and delivery receipts of branches and order such documents to authorized supplier for printing.
  • Performs all other task necessary for the success of the team.

Requirement

  • College graduate, major in Accountancy/ Finance or its equivalent/ related course
  • At least 6 months to 2 years relevant working experience in Finance/ Accounting field
  • With computer proficiency particularly in Microsoft Office and Internet
  • Knowledge in accounting/ office system (ex. Quickbook, BI, Crystal Report, SAP, etc) is an advantage
  • Detail oriented, very organized and can work well under pressure
  • Can start immediately
