Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for a company's hiring needs. This role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, building a robust talent pipeline, and pre-screening potential candidates to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process. The Sourcing Specialist works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and proactively find candidates who are a great fit for the company culture and specific roles.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or human resources.
• Proficiency in talent acquisition tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job street etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned at Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
