Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical support
- Skilled in requirements gathering and solution mapping
- Effective client communication and relationship management
- Experience assisting in system deployment, configuration, and go-live support
- Basic networking knowledge
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and security best practices
Job Description:
- Conduct technical discussions, discovery meetings, and requirements analysis with prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and configuration specifications
- Assist the sales team in evaluating options and framing competitive solutions
- Conduct live product demos, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical walkthroughs
- Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by the immediate superior
