- Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming customers, assisting with seating, and providing menus.

- Taking and Serving Orders: Accurately taking customer orders, inputting them into the POS system, and delivering food and beverages promptly.

- Providing Excellent Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to their needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area, tables, and equipment clean and organized.

- Handling Payments: Processing payments and providing accurate change.

Server Assistant

• A server assistant supports the servers in providing efficient and high-quality service. They assist with various tasks to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers.

- Setting Tables: Preparing tables for service by setting linens, silverware, and glassware.

- Bussing Tables: Clearing tables after customers have finished their meals, removing dirty dishes and resetting the tables.

- Assisting Servers: Helping servers with tasks such as carrying food and beverages, refilling water glasses, and assisting with seating.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Assisting with cleaning and sanitizing the dining area and kitchen.

- HS Diploma
