  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with documentation and reports
  • Support recruitment processes as needed

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, assist with correspondence, and maintain filing systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 40-hour work week.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
