Brief summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in selling the company’s services to potential business clients. You will be involved in attracting a wider client base and building solid relationships that rely on understanding client needs. With this, you will offer tailor-fit solutions to concerns necessary to ensure satisfaction and growth for the client and the business. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and dependable customer service skills.

Job responsibilities and context:

You will be working in a fast-paced and growing environment where you will:

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s services 
• Respond to the needs of the client and create specific points of resolution to concerns
• Constantly manage existing client accounts
• Work closely with other teams to ensure effectivity of sales operations
• Able to resolve conflicts and concerns under pressure
• Perform other job-related tasks

Compensation information:

• Basic pay of 20,000 to 25,000
• Government-mandated benefits

Job competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Others):

• Has solid verbal and written English communication skills
• Preferably has a Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in any four-year program
• Preferably has experience in Account Management and Sales
• Has at least 6 months or 1-year BPO experience
• Able to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
• Willing to work in the night shift
