This in-office position will be based in the Oakridge Business Park in Mandaue City. iTeraSOURCE Philippines is the BPO affiliate of iTeraTEL Communications, a Canada-based full-service Cloud Phone and Internet provider specializing in custom solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Recruitment for the position will be during October and November with an in person interview in December. The position will start January 2nd, 2025

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our sales team by contacting potential clients from supplied leads. If you enjoy engaging with people and have an interest in sales, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a positive experience for every prospective client.
• Take the initiative to learn about iTeraTEL and grow within your role.
• Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Convert at least 10% of leads into appointments.
• Utilize tools such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office to manage all aspects of the role.
• Keep CRM updated with lead information.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with prospects.
• Accurately explain iTeraTEL’s products and services to potential customers.

• Minimum high school diploma; college education preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (French is a bonus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work independently.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
• Positive attitude and pleasant speaking voice.
• Experience working in a team environment.
