Description
- Generate and qualify leads for Rockford Mktg. Corp., a leader in Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services.
- Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, competition, and market trends.
- Negotiate and close deals, manage client accounts and agreements.
- Offer exceptional customer service to maintain and grow business relationships.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in a related field.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in lead generation, experience with outside sales, and competitor analysis are required.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop new sales strategies, engage with customers, meet sales targets, and provide market feedback to the team.
- Working Conditions: This role may require travel and the ability to work outside standard office hours when necessary.
- Qualities and Traits: Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, results-driven, and have excellent communication skills.
