Description

  • Engage with clients to identify staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Support team in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and database management.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and employers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends to best serve clients in our fast-paced recruitment industry at Legend of Ice Recruitment & Services Incorporated.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal education required, but a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role is needed.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work with sales technology and software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet customers, understand customer needs, provide assistance in finding products, and handle transactions.
  • Working Conditions: Position requires standing for extended periods and may involve some lifting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, customer-focused approach, patience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
