  • Analyze sales data to improve forecasting and reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Support sales team with training and resources.
  • Assist in the development of sales policies and procedures.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales teams, analyze data, and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work opportunities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player with strong problem-solving skills.
