Description

  • Assists the Franchising Manager in lead sourcing activities such as presentation to companies, business prospects, mall/property developers, trade/ professional associations
  • Follows up on all leads generated through expo and other lead generating activities
  • Responsible for efficient handling of franchise applications
  • Handles all franchise inquiries (calls, emails, personal visit)
  • Processes all franchisee applications and handles inquiries related to franchise applications
  • Does paper screening of application forms to check completeness of data and document submitted
  • Handles compliance records of franchisee
  • Handles the franchise scorecard
  • Handles administrative functions such as database management, franchise profile records, and similar roles.
  • Synergizes with cross-departments in achieving administrative goals (contract management, documents submission, compliance and similar functions)

Requirements

  • With at least 2-3 years of experience in handling Franchise Application, inquiries and Franchise compliance.
  • Preferably with experience and knowledge in Real Estate/Site Acquisition/Leasing/Franchising
  • With effective communication skills.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City and may do field work when necessary
