Monitor and report on sales personnel metrics, including sales volume, account activity, and product purchases to provide a clear picture of team performance.
Ensure that all sales activities align with approved pricing and payment terms while tracking the development of new accounts.
Prepare sales performance reports for all sales personnel, comparing sales volume to quotas.
Monitor compliance with payment terms for each salesperson’s collections.

At least fifteen (15) years of work experience in performing Sales Support functions specifically in collating, reporting and analyzing sales performance data, preferably gained from construction related industries. -
Graduate of 4 – 5-year course from reputable schools and universities. - -
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Good interpersonal skills
Highly Computer literate with emphasis on Excel and Database management tools; PowerPoint skills desirable
Must be a highly analytical and systematic planner who has an eye for details and the diligence to submit required reports within set deadlines.
Must be Service & Customer Oriented and very resourceful.
Hardworking and willing to work even beyond office hours
