Description

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet organizational goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
  • Manage budgets and sales forecasts, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Inventory Management

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With 5+ years of corporate sales management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Background in OOH an advantage
  • Willing to travel 20% of the time
