Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in overseeing the performance of Sales Agents.
• Supervises the daily loan production of agents and other services.
• Manages the accreditation, maintenance, and termination process of agents.
• Monitors and ensures the integrity and accuracy of crediting Agents’ commissions and their related incentives.
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in the Sales, human resources or training industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

The Sales Lead will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing sales teams, conducting training, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises the daily loan production of agents and referrers and its issues associated therewith.
• Manages the accreditation, maintenance, and termination process of agents.
• Monitors and ensures the integrity and accuracy of crediting Agents’ commissions and its related incentives.
• Ensures that SMD’s related strategies pertaining to Agents are disseminated accordingly as intended.
• Acts as administrator of group chats and other forms of communication with the Agents.
• Evaluate and monitor the need or demands needed by the Agents in soliciting loan applications.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
