• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Contribute to the development of sales tools and resources to improve efficiency

• Attend industry events and networking activities

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome sales challenges

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas

• Familiarity with sales tracking and reporting tools
