Description :

We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a vital role in activating new partnerships, achieving or exceeding sales targets, and contributing to our regional growth. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the willingness to travel occasionally.


Responsibilities:


Partner Activation

  • Identify and prospect for potential channel partners within the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to activate new partners and build strong relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support for partnered businesses.


Sales Achievement

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for your territory.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and propose solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Effectively handle customer objections and close deals.


Growth Contribution

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Generate detailed reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for regional growth.


Travel

  • Be prepared for occasional travel within the region to meet with customers and partners.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field in sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role in recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., ZOHO)


Additional Skills (desirable):

  • Knowledge of the regional market within the Philippines
  • Valid driver's license (if required for travel in your location)
