Position: SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER

(to be assigned in Minglanilla Cebu)

Salary : Php50,000 to 70,000/month

Job Type: Fulltime, onsite and urgent

The successful candidate shall;

• Manage sales data for the team
• Report sales and campaign results to their managers and other departments as needed
• Organize and maintain sales collateral for access by the sales team.
• Handle field sales and marketing activities to generate sales.
• Handle quality lead generation and book appointments
• Handle Social Media Campaigns to generate more leads.
• Train staff, sales team (Organic & Non-Organic) in products, services, market, and processes for sales excellence.
• Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns.
• Increase reps’ efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management.

• Proven work experience in a Sales and Operations or similar role for at least 3 years.
• Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
• Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
• Relevant training and/or certifications, awards in Sales Operations preferred but not necessary. 
• Can start immediately.
