Description

  • Conduct training/s to agents and brokers.
  • Coordinate with the sellers to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Entertain walk-ins, mobile, and online inquiries.
  • Plan and organize sales and marketing activities/events.
  • Conduct sales pitch presentation and negotiation with clients.
  • Participate in developing a sales strategy by helping create the most effective promos and incentives to achieve sales targets.
  • Create and maintain client databases to help generate leads. Generate various sales reports in a timely manner.
  • Grow sales by supporting and creating a network of external partners. Lead marketing activities.
  • Achieved internal and external sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual.
  • Strategize and collaborate with management to create and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a harmonious relationship with the buyers and sellers.
  • Social Media Management and content creation including creation of ad campaigns.
  • Perform additional duties as needed by the business.
  • Support and empower the team to create an ideal working environment other within the team.
  • Help the Account’s Management Team pre-qualify buyers upon booking.
  • Participate in Holdco endeavors by helping coordinate corporate events.
  • Contribute to building global best practices to project level.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • With leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing, including print advertising, flyering, and cold calling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
  • Must have an excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
  • Demonstrate a general knowledge of real estate practices and principles.
  • Fast learner can work under pressure and is result-oriented.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
