Description
The job holder is responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the company by being responsible for developing distribution channels, executing marketing programs and activities, to support sales efforts. Develops and recommends marketing projects and programs to launch new products and promote sales opportunities. Gathers information from sales team on competitive activities and formulates counter strategies
- Sales Support and Pipeline Review Coordination
- Organizes holding of the Monthly Pipeline Review; coordinates availability of monthly pipeline reports of Sales Team members for presentation. Keeps records of Pipeline Report notes and To Dos for each Management Pipeline Review (MPR) attendee.
- Prepares and maintains the following reports:
- Minutes of Meeting (MOM) statistics - no. of client calls, no. of MOM and no. of days submitted;
- To Do list for people assigned/concerned as discussed in MPR
- Do analysis and make recommendations based on data analyzed to improve process or provide input to performance evaluation of concerned employees.
- Keeps track of leads given to Sales, their status and contact details.
- Recommends Marketing Campaigns in close coordination with the GM and Sales Team by formulating marketing letters, maintaining a validated Suspect list, uses social media to reach out to Prospects and monitor s the effectivity of the campaign.
- Makes presentation on new trends in digital marketing and sales strategies based on his attended Webinars, researches, etc.
- Rolls out periodic survey to customers on our Sales and Systems Support teams to determine service quality and effectiveness.
2. Partner Relations
- Communicate with the principals on product updates, pricing and needed support, meetings, and principal-sponsored events as directed by the GM.
- Communicate with the IT partners of the company for product updates, pricing, and support accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Branding and Marketing
- Handles implementation of marketing activities approved and/or directed by Management.
- Monitors marketing activities, gather pertinent statistics to measures effectivity.
- Regularly update management on status and results of marketing activity.
- Responsible for the update and maintenance of the company's website to ensure it has current and relevant content, to attract new customers and increase present customers' awareness of Infomax product and service offerings.
- Writes and /or locates contents for our website and monitors visits to our website and in-bound queries.
- Keeps abreast of local news which will impact on our major customers and targeted industries and apprise the GM and Sales Team on this.
4. Events Management
- Initiates and manages staging of events as directed by the GM, sales team and/or principals in support of the company’s sales strategies and targets. Obtains invitation list from the Sales Team and GM; handles communication of invites and follow-ups to ensure optimal acceptance and attendance.
- Prepares and oversees the annual budget for Infomax Events, brochures, and other marketing tools/materials. Ensure that expenses are within each event's budget to manage costs.
- Takes charge of logistics and other arrangements for company events such as Planning session, Solutions update, others, and as needed/assigned invites clients and speakers.
5. Accreditation
- Responsible for preparing/collating accreditation documents required by clients in coordination with the concerned parties in the organization.
- Maintains records of and monitors expiry periods of accreditation requirements of our regular customers; coordinates with the concerned Account Executive to initiate renewal activities.
- Deal with clients as necessary to complete documents for vendor accreditation.
