• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the architectural and interior design and construction industries.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills; adept in lead generation and sales support.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Develop relationships with clients, generate leads, and create presentations to drive sales.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, effective communicator, and a strong team player dedicated to achieving sales targets.

Specific Qualifications

• College Degree in any Relevant Field (Preferably with a background in Fine Arts, Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering)
• Preferably with at least 1 year Selling Experience
• Has Knowledge of MS Office
• Has Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Negotiation and Sales Skills
• Has Strong Organization and Time Management Skills
• With Valid Driver’s License
