Drive the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closure, as it pertains to CREDIT SOLUTION AND BUSINESS ALLIANCES Inc's staffing solutions within the HR and recruitment industry.
Develop strategic business relationships with a wide variety of clients in different industries and human resource communities.
Collaborate with team members to innovate and refine sales strategies.
Analyze market trends and recommend solutions to clients based on their unique recruitment needs.
Meet and strive to exceed personal and team monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Provide exceptional account management and follow-through for lasting client partnerships.
Represent CREDIT SOLUTION AND BUSINESS ALLIANCES in a manner consistent with its values and professional standards.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level: Candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply, however, any prior sales experience is beneficial.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software, ability to negotiate, and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
