Description
- Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for Timber Protection & Maintenance Services, Inc.
- Establish and nurture client relationships within the professional services industry, providing exceptional account management.
- Understand client needs to propose bespoke timber protection solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree from an accredited institution. Degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1-year experience required. Prior experience in a sales role may be beneficial.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management skills; adept in sales training techniques; excellent at relationship building and customer relationship management; capable of working in a team; possess analytical skills for market analysis; skilled in lead generation and cold calling techniques; exceptional communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop new business opportunities; nurture existing client relationships; meet and exceed sales targets; provide sales training and support to the team; manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential field visits to clients. Flexibility for travel and attending meetings outside regular business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, driven, personable, resilient, goal-oriented, able to thrive in a competitive environment, and possess an eagerness to continually improve sales skills and knowledge.
