Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales of solar energy solutions, engaging with clients, and managing the sales process from lead generation to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for solar energy systems.
  • Identify potential clients and establish relationships through networking and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase solar solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and technical documentation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and incentives related to renewable energy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or related industries.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems, technologies, and the Philippine renewable energy landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Certifications: Relevant sales or solar industry certifications (e.g., NABCEP) are a plus.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications related to solar projects.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing client projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of local regulations, incentives, and market trends in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Personal Traits: Self-motivated, adaptable, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
