Responsible for managing the client accounts and liaison between them and the agency with the goal to preserve customer satisfaction through listening to preferences, managing expectations, and addressing them with fruitful advice and services. 

●Knowledgeable in DTI, FDA, and ASC regulations;

● Knowledgeable in market research, sales, and negotiating principles;

● Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office or other related software;

● Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills;

● Organizational and time-management skills. 

● At least 2-5 years of work experience; and

● Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
