Description

  • Supervise and oversee the effective implementation of product sales, marketing, and technical support programs and directions including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling product operations.
  • recommend improvements on current sales strategies and programs aligned with current market demands, new market trends and monitor compliance of various tasks and other related activities essential to the overall performance and growth of business in general and product unit in particular.
  • supervise and closely monitor activities of product promotion program consistently aligned with fleet sales activities including vehicle sales and truck re manufacturing after sales service programs. Develop and recommend viable marketing programs and strategies that are practically essential to increase product sales performance likewise auto parts sales. Ensure to closely coordinate related various issues and properly establish vital problem solutions including improvement of systems processes not limited to returns handling and warrant issues; product quality; including product development.
  • assist heads in developing an efficient and effective product distribution and ordering system thru the free technical service program and current arts distribution program.
  • consistently monitor day to day activities of product members such as but not limited to return issues; procurement endorsements; shipment arrival inspections and other product activities including reportorial tasks.
  • perform other tasks/projects or related functions that immediate superior or management may assign from time to time.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): leadership skills, innovative, resourceful, service oriented, team player, analytical, sales, communication skills.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in supervisory and sales.
  • With strong background in Lubricant.
  • Willing to do in field works
  • Willing to be assigned in STA CRUZ, MANILA.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • BASIC SALARY + COMMISSIONS + INCENTIVES
