Description

  • Drive sales by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs within the Shopping & Retail industry to offer appropriate solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and executing business deals.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Willix Inc products to pitch and upsell to clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 2 years of sales or account management experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, and ability to analyze sales data.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Identifying and securing potential clients, managing and growing accounts, meeting sales targets, and developing client relationships.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with potential travel to client sites; full-time position requiring flexibility in hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Self-motivation, resilience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset.
