- Drive sales by building and maintaining a strong client base
- Identify new business opportunities to grow sales and profitability
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to prospective clients
- Develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Chemlux Incorporated offerings
- Stay abreast with industry trends in the Manufacturing & Industrial Supplies & Services sector
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent post-sales support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Proven record with 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to meet sales targets and proficiency in CRM software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with opportunities for travel. Flexibility for occasional overtime to meet targets.
- Qualities and Traits: A motivated self-starter with a results-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
