Aces Solar Energy is a leading innovator in the Power & Energy Resource sector, focusing on sustainable and renewable solutions. We seek a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to enhance our talent acquisition processes.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for various roles.
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills, proficiency in recruitment software, and ability to work in a team.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
