Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for diverse roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and streamline processes to meet hiring goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and company culture.
  • Maintain accurate records in our HRIS and provide insightful reports to leadership teams.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the HR and recruitment industry.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies:Proven competency in Recruitment Director or Specialist roles.
  • Expertise in Candidate Screening and Talent Management.
  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition and social recruitment techniques.
  • Effective Hiring Manager with strong Process Management skills.
  • Prior experience with Campus Recruitment.
  • Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Designing and executing recruiting strategies.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborating with department managers on hiring needs.
  • Improving employee recruitment and retention processes.
  • Coordinating and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting; may require travel for campus recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Qualities and Traits:Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
