Description
- Sourcing candidates across different sourcing platforms provided by the company
- Passive sourcing and outreach to potential candidates
- Paper screening and conducting short phone interviews of qualified candidates
- Endorsing and assisting the candidate's application
- Handling accounts
- Collaborating with the team
Requirements
- Preferably a graduate of HRDM, Psychology, or any related course.
- 1-2 years of experience in End-to End Recruitment
- Preferably with experience in IT recruitment
- Knowledge in different sourcing channels
- Good English communication skills
