Be the Ambassador of Omotenashi and Driver of Best Customer experience – greet and offer seat, drinks, refreshments to all incoming customers and guests in the Showroom
Promote Lexus In-Moment Survey and encourage customers to answer Happy or Not Survey after their Sales/Showroom experience.
Welcome and greet all appointment and walk-in customers, in a friendly and professional manner, upon arrival in the Showroom.
Create a positive first impression and create and engaging work environment
Assist every customer and ensure they receive accurate and prompt assistance and/or guide them to the appropriate Sales Consultant depending on their needs.
Serve as a liaison between customers and Sales associate, relaying relevant information accurately and promptly.
Ensure that showroom customers are being attended to by their Sales Consultants
Answer the local phone in Showroom reception and ensure that the post is manned by an SC when going on breaks to avoid abandoned and missed calls.
Assist in scheduling and confirming test drive appointments daily as well as the time they arrived and ensure they are being attended to by the Sales Consultant.
Strive to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing Sales reception customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist to check reading materials (e.g. newspapers, magazines), price list, and other sales collaterals are up-to-date and in place.
Identify the number of daily walk-ins for Sales Reception
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the Sales Consultant/Service Consultant
Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time by CRO/CRM.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (Preferably HRM-related courses)
At least 2 years of reception experience in an automotive dealership or equivalent.
Proficient in MS Office applications, Kaizen, 5S, Customer Focus, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
