This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as meeting all client-specific documentation requirements. This role will be key to ensuring continuous quality improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency within the organization.

• Maintain and update the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Develop, revise, and manage documentation and records to meet both internal and client-specific quality requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the quality management system, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and guide staff on quality standards and ensure adherence across all operations.
• Conduct internal audits, document findings, and develop corrective actions to resolve any non-conformances.
• Utilize technical writing skills to produce clear, concise documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficient in technical writing and system documentation, with experience in quality or process documentation.
• Familiarity with system development, especially within a QMS framework.
