The Production Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions that support production operations. This role ensures accurate monitoring of production activities, including documentation of materials, manpower, output, and daily reports. The supervisor coordinates closely with production leaders and other departments to ensure smooth workflow, timely submission of reports, and compliance with company policies. The position also involves supervising admin staff, maintaining production records, and ensuring that all administrative processes align with operational goals and production schedules.
