Production Supervisor

Job Description
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage team performance, training, and development.
- Monitor production schedules and quality standards.
- Implement safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to achieve production goals.
- Report on production metrics and resolve any issues.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, excellent leadership, and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production activities, manage team performance, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in a manufacturing facility; may require shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and team player with a strong work ethic.
