Description

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, staffing and resource allocation to meet production targets and client demands.

- Train, mentor and motivate production staff to maximize productivity, efficiency and team work.

- Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, equipment malfunctions and quality deviations, implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Maintain accurate production records, including production reports inventory levels and quality control documentation.

- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures and best practices to promote a culture of safety, cleanliness and continuous improvement.

- Communicate effectively with other department, such as procurement, quality assurance, maintenance, production planning to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.

- Prepare detailed Production Plan/schedule based on marketing and demand plans.

- Computes raw materials and packaging material requirement based on production plan and in accordance with the established standard safety stock level.

- Assist the Warehouse and Logistics group in the evaluation of inventory positions to ensure smooth, continuous, balanced, and effective production.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

- Proven 2 years of experience working as a production planning & material control.

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of production processes, equipment and quality control principles.

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

- Effective communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with diverse teams.

- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement in all aspects of production
