Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Manufacturing. Preferably license Mechanical Engineeer.
• Experience Level: At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in a supervisory level.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Project Development and Mechanical Engineering including implementation of safety standards.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Machine Setup operation and trouble shooting.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Working Conditions: May require shift work and adherence to strict safety standards.
