Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 yrs working experience in the related field
• Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods
• Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes
• Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards
• Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Set schedules or timetables and effectively communicate them to production teams to achieve volume targets and production plans
• Effectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their daily tasks as well as to increase their efficiency and potential

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Shifting Schedule (8 hrs + OT)
