- Assist sales teams by providing technical insights and solutions to clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Job Title: Sales Technical Support
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales support or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong customer relationship management, ability to build relationships, and sales management proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist clients with product queries, support sales teams, and maintain customer accounts.
