Description

Moder Solutions, a leader in Banking & Financial Services, is seeking a Leads Generation Specialist to drive our growth. In this pivotal role, you will identify and qualify leads, engage prospects through targeted outreach, and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
  • Utilize various channels for lead generation.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential value.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign alignment.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cold calling, lead generation, and sales management. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct research to identify potential leads, engage in cold calling, and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Working Conditions: Regular office hours with occasional travel required for outside sales.
  • Qualities and Traits: A creative problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
