Description

  • Advocates are expected to provide excellent customer service skills as well as sales skills.
  • This role is to sell the idea of getting a quote from the company.
  • They have to answer each and every call accordingly and in a timely manner while using a friendly, positive, and professional tone.
  • They work with numerous campaigns and script changes based on the lead source.
  • They follow the script in its entirety to ensure the consumer qualifies.
  • They must probe with questions and use rebuttals taught during training and ongoing coaching sessions.
  • They are also responsible for dispositioning each call correctly.
  • Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task /work on multiple and simultaneous projects.
  • Able to work autonomously

Requirement

  • Must have experience in sales/lead generation, BPO setting.
  • Good English communication and comprehension skills
  • Must be goal-oriented and driven to excel in expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • CRM Software experience is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
