Description

  • Respond to all inquiries of clients thru email, mobile and sales missions as well as assist clients in their needs and bookings.
  • In charge of data collection of prospective clients and monitor client preferences.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations and provide information regarding our food, facilities and services offerings.
  • Submit reports on sales/clients performance, market competitive rates and promos.
  • Handle inquiries from negotiating the terms of an agreement to closing of sales with coordination from the Sales Manager. Ensure bookings are within sales parameters.
  • Achieve sales targets and other objectives by reviewing own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets required by the company.
  • Provide necessary information about the market in order to efficiently address their needs through marketing. Assist in marketing plans and events for Boracay.
  • In coordination with PPR Manila Sales & Marketing Dept. to ensure products and services offered are aligned.
  • Should conducts business ethically with utmost sincerity, keeping business deals confidential.
  • Respond to customers request, comments and complaints in a courteous and professional manner at all times. All communications should be made professionally and customer service oriented.
  • Ensure that all incoming calls, emails are answered with proper greetings and telephone etiquette.
  • Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new clients.



Requirements

  • College graduate of Tourism or any business-related course
  • Proven work experience as an office aide
  • Has positive attitude, great communication skills and can do multi-tasking
  • Highly motivated and has willingness to learn
  • Team-player and committed to accomplish assigned task
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay City
  • Can work under pressure
